You don't need a defined problem, a business case, or proof that anything's wrong. If the reporting is telling you one thing and your instinct is telling you another, that's reason enough. The whole point is to look while looking is still cheap, before a niggle becomes a crisis.

A first conversation is just that: a conversation. No pitch, no proposal deck. We talk through what you're seeing, I tell you honestly whether there's something worth examining, and whether I'm the right person to look at it. Sometimes the most useful thing I can do is point you to someone else.
